General<sup>- Additional revisions, major design changes, theme changes, or significant additions may incur extra charges depending on the progress of the commission.
- Several previews will be provided throughout the process for approval. Up to 5 revisions are included in the base price.
- Commissions are created and tested using the default game rendering without custom shaders.
- Changes made after delivery (including shaders, graphics settings, Customize+, or other third-party tools) may alter the final appearance and are not my responsibility.
- Share any commission with anyone you would like is allowed, but do not claim as your own.
- Private edits are allowed, but do not publicly resell/upload my work or any edits based on my work.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission request that I deem inappropriate, unacceptable, or beyond my current expertise.
- I do not accept requests to replicate, copy, or recreate another creator's work.</sup>Waiting list^{- I operate on a first-come, first-served basis, I only take on one commission at a time. There will be a waiting list on Discord to track progress}Privacy^{- Exclusive commissions remain private. If the Public Release option is selected, I reserve the right to publicly release, modify, reuse, or sell the work.}Payment and Cancellations<sup>- The client need to choose between an exclusive or Public Release Commission. Until then, pricing remains an estimate.
- Once the final files have been approved and/or delivered, the commission is considered complete and non-refundable.
- If a commission is cancelled, disputed, refused, or affected by any payment issue at any stage, I reserve the right to repurpose, publicly release, or sell it in my shop without compensation and to refuse any future commissions from the client involved.
- I will never ask for a payment outside of Ko-Fi as donation, I can accept Paypal as friend, any other demand you can have is not from me
